Gemini Omni provides prompt optimization, AI image generation, and AI video generation tools, including Text to Image, Image to Image, Text to Video, Image to Video, and Reference to Video workflows. Gemini Omni, including its website, interface, workflows, software, branding, and related documentation, is owned by Gemini Omni or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying technology.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Gemini Omni for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Generate, upload, or distribute content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, credible threats, harassment, hateful conduct, or other unlawful material.
• Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Impersonate others, create misleading content without appropriate disclosure, or violate platform rules.
• Attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment controls, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or disrupt the service.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation success, output quality, commercial suitability, legal clearance, or that any output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gemini Omni will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
